About me

I am active and energetic. I love field hockey - as a player and as a coach it has given me fantastic memories. I have also completed the Comrades Marathon (89km). I love travel and different experiences and believe life is too exciting to be stuck in a box. I am a qualified physiotherapist and love the fields of health and healing. I have also completed a TESOL course (teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and think I have a lot to offer in terms of skills. I think the world has lost so much of it's community feel and want to get out there and "live".

Preferred location

Spain - I am planning to walk the Camino de Santiago and then want to experience Spain by visiting as many locations as possible - the smaller villages have such character and allure.. If the volunteering life works I'd love to travel around South America too. I have been learning Spanish and am really looking forward to any opportunity to improve my language skills.

Skills

I am a qualified physiotherapist, I have done a TESOL course and have experience in sports coaching (hockey) at a high school and club level. I am independent, responsible and looking for a different way of life - we have lost the community feel.

Additional info

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
