About me

I love reading both in Spanish and English, children books are really close to my heart. I often work in personal projects as a freelance, I have work in some of them in a partnership, I have worked in a Jewelry design project, art toys, designer pieces, illustration works, branding and costume made pieces. I have worked as a waitress and secretary. I like cooking but I’d really like to get into the fields of cake decorator. One of my dreams is to come up with a collection of designed pieces inspired by a charity, in a way to raise money for that charity. Another dream is to create an art collection or book collection inspired by the beauty of special ability children and adults which don’t have that many representatives in the art world and so give them a platform which they can relate to and also inspire other artist. I live with my parents and have Mexican and USA citizenships. Many say I am very polite and I do like to be polite, my best qualities are patience, tolerance, fast learner and creative. And i have a wonderful sense of humor :D

Preferred location

The most real way of knowing someone it’s by asking them what they are most passionate about, what they love; if you asked me I’d answer, art and understand a little bit more the world I am part of. I believe in solidarity among all the citizens of the world, I believe in helping others and the power of art and words. We can think we are helping others but in reality they are helping us. For me the opportunity to travel, help and meet new cultures offers me the wonderful chance to communicate in my art ideas I can learn from others, concepts of respect and love. Artist can bring into awareness important matters that can only be understood by living them and this is what I am driven for, to bring meaning into my art.

Skills

I have a degree in Graphic design; I am most passionate about illustration, plastic arts and crafts. I love animals and currently have three dogs so can handle animal care. I am fluent in Spanish and English. I often help my father in construction tasks or as an assistant while he is a car mechanic so I can be helpful around construction. I also work as a teacher assistant or teachers aid for my mother who is an English teacher. Even though my passion base is in art, I like learning new things and abilities. I am a fast learner. My base values are respect and solidarity. I could help in projects where design is needed. I love developing ideas and concepts and come up with projects that can help in a particular matter. I could help develop an art project to help raise money for a charity or an organization (which is one of my bucket list goals).
