About me

I have always been curious about the world and always tried to figure out what makes it tick!
Living in Kenya has given me the ability to respectfully study so many different cultural and religious beliefs and in the end I notice how we are so similar and yet our differences are something to be cherished and appreciated, not used to divide us.
I have studied in three different universities on three different continents and three different majors. I have not received a paper from any but I have come out of it as an enriched person who has had the privilege of being exposed to so much so young.
I am passionate about cooking (health and nutrition) and that led me to be interested in farming, gardening and agriculture in general.
I also consider myself spiritual and really am grateful to be on this blue-green dot in the incredibly vast universe.

Preferred location

I am a Swiss/American 25 year old and I have lived most of my life in Kenya. Recently I came to Australia to visit and this place is so great I decided to postpone my trip till June and I would love to work on a farm and get some experience working in gardens and/or with animals.
I have done a PDC in Laikipia in northern Kenya and I am very passionate about food, cooking and sustainable agriculture.
I am quite a handy person and I can do quite a lot of things. If I don't know how to do something, I will be sure to communicate that and I am a fast learner. I believe being sincere and having a good communication is key when working with people and I also like to have a good laugh.
Looking forward to hearing from you and thank you the possible opportunity.

Skills

I have studied Hospitality in the top school in Switzerland. I love to cook and have always had a passion for it. Anything house related is something I can do quite well.
Other than that I have studied permaculture and have worked on a horse farm for a bit in the South of France. I speak 4 different languages and I am a patient teacher if anybody needs to learn a language, history or even literature.
I'm quite handy as I learn very quickly but I do not have much experience in construction or maintenance.
tell me and I will forget, show me and I will remember, involve me and I will understand ~ Confucius
