I have taken four semesters of German but my speaking, writing, and listening skills are still quite mediocre. I know enough to ask for food or directions. I believe with immersion and practice I could improve quickly.

Skills
I've served in many unique roles through college. I was a biology TA, resident assistant, president of the hall council, directer of an after school program, as well as a mentor for a pre-med group. I've gained public speaking, facilitation, mediation, and mentoring skills through these experiences.
I also served as a hospice volunteer in college. The experience was life-changing and it prompted me to help start a course in which students would volunteer at a local hospice center but also meet monthly to discuss their work. I have a passion for the elderly and would enjoy work related to elderly care.
I'm athletic and would have no problem helping out around the house, on the farm, or otherwise!

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
