In the past I've worked as a customer service representative and I used to teach English privately. I have a high school diploma and a few certificates such as MS Office,English Proficiency, Sabre Red,Amadeus.

I'm looking for an exchange opportunity in the North of Italy,preferably with easy access to the city of Milan.

Skills

I have studied English as my second language for over 10 years. I'm mother tongue Portuguese and I can speak Italian quite well. I have strong skills in dealing with people at hotels,b&bs; and places like that. Cleaning rooms and bathrooms is something I've already done in my life and also taking care of pets.
