As a child, I travelled quite a bit due to my parents work, so I have learned different languages and know them to some beginners level now (French, Swedish and Nederlands). I do speak English fluently. My Finnish and Russian are on par quite fluent in every day conversation, but when more specific topics come up, it becomes slightly difficult.

About me

I am a 20 years old nature enthusiast, who wants to contribute in sustaining the environment no matter how small the contribution can be. I hope to one day be either a bio-physicist or do other biology related research, so I can actually contribute.
I am quite social and love to meet new people. This is why, I always try to help anyone, as long as it is in my ability. I have a habit of smiling to strangers, as it cheers me up when others do so to me. I love animals, specifically cats (, I do adore dogs too). My goal is always to either get inspired or inspire people about topics that are of importance to me, such as human rights, protection of the environment, as well as health (I don't push my opinions on other though, as it is not my place to do so). I am unfortunately, not very physically strong, but I can help around with small things (as long as there is no heavy lifting involved).

Skills

I am in process of studying physics in the university of Helsinki. You probably won't need a first year physics student though, but if you ever need someone that appreciates geeky or nerdy humor, I would be a good choice. My work experience includes working as a tour guide (in Helsinki), being an amateur researcher in pharmaceutical laboratory, helping kindergarten teachers in their daily routines and tutoring physics (I have unofficially tutored a few of my friends in other subjects too, such as biology, math, psychology..etc). I am not overly big on social media, but I am using it as much as anyone my age. I have also started to learn Java and Python, as well as Latex. Additionally, I am good with both Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
