About me

I am kind at heart, hardworking and always passionate about
things I take on. I always try to find the silver lining in situations;
this way I can focus on finding solutions rather than on any
problem that might arise. My passion is to encourage
individuals, of all ages and abilities, to push past their comfort
zone towards a healthy lifestyle. My dream is to inspire people
to care for their body, physically as well as mentally, and to
realize that there is no limit to your potential.

Skills

I studied B.Sc human Life science and psychology, so I understand the human body and mind. even though this didn't help me a lot to find a job it did teach me people skills along with the 4 years of being a medical representative. I am also a qualified alternative healer (Reiki, crystal healing, colour therapy, dream analysis) and I did a short course in herbalism. so I have a wide understanding of nature. I have been baby sitting for a lot of people since I was 16 years old.
My main profession is yoga. I am a qualified yoga teacher and this is my passion and purpose. So I always look for ways to help people where I can with all the skills and experience I possess.
I am a kind hearted and passionate person that can adapt to any situation and I am also a quick learner. There is nothing I can not do if I put my mind to it.
