About me

Hello , my name is Ingrid I am dutch but I am living in the South of France where I have a sushi school . I am semi -retired and I would like to travel and teach sushi any where in the world. I can help to set up a restaurant ( I have had 3 restaurants myself) or just teaching groups or Chefs .

Skills

I have been been to the hotel school in Lausanne and I have worked with the famous Maitre Sushi Oshima ( first Sushi master to obtain a Michelin Star) I have been traveling as a Chef on a a yacht and I have had 3 restaurants in the South of France
Now since 2006 I have a sushi school ( www.ecoledesushi.com) where I am teaching how to make sushi to Chefs and just every one who likes Sushi
I can help to set up a restaurant or just give sushi workshops

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
