Preferred location

All I know for sure right now, is that I ultimately want to spend time in Australia. To ease the journey, I will consider at least one stop over between the USA and Australia. For this, I can never see enough of the world, and will consider just about any where in Europe, South America, or Africa. I plan to watch birds in free time.
I offer a broad range of options, including: teaching, gardening, field work involving birds and or ecology, and senior care. I cook well! House cleaning is NOT one of my strong suits. I will consider just about any kind of outdoor work.
Actual time frame not certain yet.

Skills

I taught junior high for nine years. I am a trained wildlife biologist with a special interest in birds. Currently I care for seniors and do yard work. While not trained in construction, I would love to learn.

Additional info

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
