About the workproject

We need 11 volunteers

Located downtown on the plateau Mont-Royal, we have several key projects/jobs in which we need help with, if you are a film student or have technical support experience or are great with organisational tasks or creating really inviting beautiful spaces for people or if just have a great attitude and maybe not so much experience but are great a being coached to learn new things, we still want to talk with you.

The most important projects we have include running a black car transportation service, this bed and breakfast and and advertising agency. As we are Google Certified for the agency work, we are always looking for fantastic people with a great eye to join our team. One of the main problems when you come into a new country is finding a job that pays. Most employers don't want to take the risks of hiring someone who has no local experience. Well, we can help you with that because as a volunteer, not only do you get local work experience, you can also have a reference letter and the end of your assignment and this will help you break into other job opportunities.

Our immediate need is to have someone assist with housekeeping and office work;

The Daily Tasks will look something like what we wrote below but in no way is it an exhaustive list or cast in stone. I am really looking to match your talent and skills and passion with job tasks and projects I have. I understand that some people may not be so good with people but excellent in other things and that to me is important to know.

I want to great an environment in which we have fun and learn and grow. If you are up to a challenge, look no more. I can give you the challenges you need. But for descriptive sake, lets' assume that you initially start with housekeeping tasks. It could look something like below.

• Front Desk: Your responsibilities could include welcoming guests, ensuring that personal and billing information is correct, handling cash and the overseening the security of the BnB, provide guests with accurate information about lodge services and events.

Sales & Marketing.
• Food & Beverage: You will be assisting with the day-to-day, attending to guests, ensuring quality control, upselling, providing responsible food and alcohol service and maintaining the cleanliness and safety in the food and beverage areas

• Kitchen, cooking, supplies logistic : You will be expected to work providing quality food products that meet the lodge’s standards while also maintaining quality assurance. You will need to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Housekeeping.

• Managing supplies for the lodge.

The position is preferable for a minimum of 1-6 months Responsibilities vary depending on the experience.
Possibility of remuneration depending on jobs and responsibilities

Besides being responsible, reliable and motivated, the below mentioned eligibility requirements must be met to be able to join us.

- Be between the ages of 18 to 150 at time of application
- Have a passport and a high school diploma (or equivalent qualification)
- have good cooking skills
- have either Spanish/English or French language skills

We are unable to sponsor anyone but any volunteer position could and most certainly would lead to a full time paid job for the right person and yes, we would then pay for your visas and housing.

The company is also a certifier Google certified business in photography, so if you are a photographer, we have great jobs for you .

Also, if you are great in sales and working with photography this volunteer position can lead to a $50,000 per year job. Be mindful that you must speak fluent French to conduct business, most clients speak french.

Here we speak French, German, Spanish and English, so you can practice all the languages you would like and we are interested in learning new ones as well.


Finally, be mindful that we have two dogs and three cats and if you have allergies, this opportunity may not be for you unless your are mildly allergic..
