The Frontline Hospitality Champion is a volunteer role on-site in Hong Kong SAR. As a Front Desk Volunteer, you will have a unique opportunity to create a memorable experience for our guests and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our establishment. Your warm and friendly demeanor will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
-Greet guests with genuine warmth and a friendly smile, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their stay.
-Assist guests with a smooth check-in process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
-Share your knowledge about the guesthouse, its facilities, and the surrounding area, providing valuable insights and recommendations to help guests make the most of their visit.
-Respond promptly to emails and online reviews, addressing inquiries, reservations, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
-Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and efficiency, finding suitable solutions and escalating issues when necessary to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
-Monitor and respond to online reviews, demonstrating attentiveness to guest feedback and actively working towards maintaining a positive reputation for the guesthouse.
-Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.
We periodically provide food to volunteers as part of our support and appreciation for their contributions.
