Hello! My name is Nicolò and I am running the family's farm since 4 years now. On site we have a decent size olive groove which has just been improved (from 220 to 710 olive trees), 200 new walnut trees and 100 truffle plants, some chickens, three cats and two beautiful Italian Hounds, Era & Theo.
I have big projects about the beautiful place in which I live. So many that my energies are not enough. I'm looking for nice, open minded people that are interested in experimenting this unique lifestyle, people that are happy to focus, improving their skills and knowledge, willing to share and learn. I like to meet new friends listening to their stories and experiences. Extremely passionate about food and all its chain, from the soil to the table. Beside agricultural projects, during summer, a consistent par of my job is to cook for the guests of the Villa. Seeing that the food I propose can be both traditional or innovative but still quite elaborate I am also looking for someone that can help me trough the several preparations before and during the service. A good occasion to learn about Italian cuisine and to express creativity.

I'm 24 years old, I love cooking, travelling, good music, and nice conversations with new people. I consider myself openminded, funny and positive. Love nature and all its inhabitants.
Two rooms are available on the first floor of the Villa. One has a king bed the other one two single beds. Bathroom is shared.
We will prepare most of the meals together except for breakfast.
