Small farm run by solo farmer wanting help with regular farm chores to free me up for bigger jobs. at this time of year lots of interaction with cattle (moving in and out of winter feed daily, checking, help with medications and tagging, further detail on application). also weed control, daily feeding (silage). if time and skills permit have some welding and carpentry projects to do too
farm size 60ha and currently 116 head, location 20km west of coffs harbour on the mid north coast of nsw, Australia. river round 3 sides of property, nature reserve 2km upstream, local villages 6km away, school bus past front gate on school days

I run the farm on my own and have done so for 18 years, have been having backpackers help out since 2002. I am fussy and particular and I like repurposing things, physical work and attention to detail
2 rooms r available in farmhouse, share common facilities AND HOUSEWORK!
Food supplied but u have to prepare it urself for breakfast and lunch, try to eat evening meal together when practical
