Hello, I'm Andie and a volunteer. During the past years I've been traveling using this site for starting traveling in a cheap way. I've been all over the world (or almost) helping people with different activities and I've seen a positive impact on myself and with people. I want to continue this and bring that impact to my University and if possible also families of the comunity involved.
We live in Toluca which is not an interesting city but it's perfect for learnining about MEXICAN CULTURE and SPANISH! :D
We need you for a short period (a week). Longer periods can be negociated.
So here is the deal:
WITH THE HOST: 3 meals per day and free accomodation in return for 2 hours of general help (could be the language or help in the house)
Help would include: (I repeat, no more than 2 hours)
♥️ Washing dishes
♥️ Helping with general housekeeping
♥️ Private language classes
WITH ME: 2 hours of language-culture teaching in my University (in a class) in return of an hour (maybe more) of spanish class (any level)
♥️ Introduce yourself
♥️ Making a general presentation about your country: ★Gastronomy, ★Traditional music, ★General culture, ★Traditions
♥️ Workshop of your language
♥️ A culinary show in the faculty of Gastronomy may be available
Someone from our students community will host you.
I will check where he/she lives and references too and talk directly with the family of the student for making everything okay.
You can stay here for a short period because Toluca is not touristic but near of us there are many options:

This project is based in mutual help: we help you to have a cheap travel meanwhile you discover mexican culture and improve your spanish and for us, we learn about your language, culture and traditions. Mexican cuisine classes may be available.
