To work for beach hotel - restaurant-cafe-bar

Actually this is my new hotel at the beach, i was working in İstanbul as a IT manager in a bank (i am a computer engineer with master +phd degree) but now i came back my family town and trying to best for tourism and my hotel. So i need reception+bar (1 girl) and housekeeping (1 girl). But mustbe min 4 months during summer sesion, esspecially from june to october. (can be also 12 months if we are both enjoy job work)
İ am ready to pay salary 400 $ per month and + one room+eat+drink etc...(one day off per week sure)
