We need 2 volunteers
Our workshop is located in the french south Alps (near Briançon). We transform local fruits, growing between the high mountains surrounding us, to natural and high quality fruit juice. Apples, pears, grapes, quinces, melons, apricots etc. We harvest the fruits, we press and we pasteurize the juice to be put in glass bottles. We also have some field work with tomatoes, squashes and orchards. The top of the production is happening from september to the beginning of december. After that ... we ski 
Volunteers will have their own accommodation, we share bathroom and good meals. We expect 3 days of work and 4 days off per week.

I have started my business 5 years ago, and I have now agricultural status. I am very passionate by my work because we product very nice fruit juice of high quality (handmade). I also have fields and orchards with young trees growing. During september and october we harvest fruits in different places in the department, which is very pleasant because there is no routine and the fall landscape is beautiful, rich in colors. Transforming fruits is a serious work but interesting and fun as we work with friends who are employed. We share nice meals and there is a lot to do in this area. As you can see when work is done, hiking, climbing, paragliding, skiing is at the door !
Nice and comfortable rooms.
At the workshop we have the kitchen, bathroom, terrasse and a nice view on the mountains.
