About the workproject

We need 5 volunteers

Volunteers Wanted for our organic farm in the highlands Costa Rica.
The farm is in a transitional phase with improvements and new construction happening in some parts.

We are seeking volunteers to come and stay and help with some of the projects from gardening to construction, cleaning, cooking, etc.

2 week to several month openings for volunteers.

Expected workhours

Work exchange deal

  • private cottage, private room, shared cottage, shared room, tent, cabin

We offer the caretaker couple a private cabina or use of the small older house.
Volunteers will either have shared rooms or cabins, or can camp.
The kitchen is a communal shared kitchen.
The lodging is rustic but functional.

  • shared meals

Some meals will be shared depending on how many people are staying at the farm... some will be self catered.
We will provide basic meals and some fruits. Any additional food needs or desires will be provided by the individuals.
We do ask that the only food at the farm is healthy food. Meaning - please no junk food, sodas, etc.
We are not all vegetarian, yet meat is not eaten very often.
We grow a lot of food - many greens and herbs, fruits, root crops, and some vegetables.
