I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
I am an Engineer and in the last years I've been studying permaculture, I'll like to go to a place were I could experiment with different permaculture techniques, I need some practice and experience before I find my own place and start my project. I was Math, Physics and Computer (Especially Excel) professor while I was studying at University. I know how to use tools, weld, etc I am a dog trainer and Scuba Diver.
