About me

My name is Guillem Boada. I am a 21 years old student from Barcelona willing to live new adventures and discover the beauty of the World. Looking for the way to achieve this ambitious challenge, I found HOVOS, the opportunity to do it easily just basing on a great idea: I help you, you help me.

When visiting a place, I like getting 100% involved with its people and projects, working and sharing as much as I can up to the point of becoming one more of the group. I believe it is the only way to know a community and learn from it.

My university studies and participating in international volunteering projects made me easy-going, open-minded, hard worker, active and responsible. I enjoy meeting and talking to people, knowing their stories and sharing mine. I am a nature lover who belives that a healthy body implies a healthy mind, this is why I love working outdoor and practising sports as trekking, running and mountain biking. But I also enjoy being part of a city and discovering all its corners. I am passionated about music and I can play guitar. I am very flexible, so I can get accommodated to everything.

Skills

I wish to live work experiences and learn as much as possible from each one. Since now, I've been lucky to experience some as housekeeper, farmer, mentor... but I want more!

I am good at socializing and client-facing jobs, as recepcionist. My engineering studies and my natural skill at solving manual problems makes me quite handy. Additionaly, I am good at harvesting and gardening because I am working in an ecological farm from my neighborhood. Another of my skills is cooking, if you give me the chance I will be so happy to share with you my favorite dishes, as Spanish omelette.

Basically, I can do any task needed: cleaning, changing beds, dishwashing... and if it is more difficult don't worry, I am a fast learner!

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.

I am open to any diet as vegetarian and vegan.
