In this context, He was closely interested in all kinds of problems, especially the harmony and coordination of the project team consisting of 12 people from various countries. As a result of the activities He carried out with this team, he had the chance to reach approximately 1200 high school students in Craiova. In this context, He contributed to the personal development of many young people. He still has them in conversation.
Since his application process to the project started with volunteering, He took the first step for his project experience by following the procedure for project applications. He found a host and a sending organization for join the project. Then, He prepared a motivation letter and various documents for the project. After involved in the project, He took the responsibility of 12 friends from various countries who also shared the same house. Until the end of the project, He tried to create the motivation necessary to eliminate the incompatibilities between friends, especially the adaptation problem and the language problem, and to run the project more efficiently. He also prepared the necessary documents of these friends about the project. In the time remaining from the activities, He helped the employees of the host organization's office.
