He found a host and a sending organization for join the project. Then, He prepared a motivation letter and various documents for the project. After involved in the project, He took the responsibility of 12 friends from various countries who also shared the same house. Until the end of the project, He tried to create the motivation necessary to eliminate the incompatibilities between friends, especially the adaptation problem and the language problem, and to run the project more efficiently. He also prepared the necessary documents of these friends about the project. In the time remaining from the activities, He helped the employees of the host organization's office.
