I am proficient in English. I understand French perfectly, but I am not so good in writing, however, I can communicate pretty well. I know some Spanish, enough for basic communication, reading is perfectly ok.

About me

I have very good IT skills, learned through experience and training. However, being closed in an office everyday has not been always my cup of tea. Nevertheless, I had good experiences and improved my skills. I.e. I can help in creating/ maintaining a website.
My mother tongue is Portuguese; I speak English, French and a bit of Spanish.
I can cook (not my greatest skill, but with some hints I do fine); paint; help in meditation/ yoga Center, host people, or whatever else you want to teach me.
My experience with volunteering: I helped cooking, wall tiles in an eco-resort; painting a wall; did housesitting for a friend’s apartment during summer; pet sitting a small dog for a month; and helped once in collection for charity.

Preferred location

I am planning to travel by the end of this year/ January 2020 to France, and possibly south of Spain. I would like to find a volunteering host in France. Later in 2020 I wish to travel to SE Asia, to Thailand and Vietnam - hopefully to find a language teaching/ exchange volunteering project. I'm open to offers

Additional info

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am a vegetarian and I have no allergies.

Sometimes I smoke, but it's so rare that I can leave without it. I've been mostly vegetarian/ vegan and I'm happy with it, but if I have to eat meat or fish, I can make an exception. I have some small problems with gluten, but it's not serious, so sometimes I eat pizza or bread.
