About me

Soy estudiante de la Patagonia Argentina y me voy de intercambio a la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid en agosto de este año. Además, de ir a terminar mi carrera de traductora en inglés pretendo empaparme tanto como sea posible de la cultura española que siempre me atrajo.
Estoy abierta a cualquier tipo de intercambio de trabajo por alojamiento durante el tiempo que el host considere.
I'm a student in the Argentinian Patagonia and I'll be in a semestral educational exchange at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in August 2019. Besides finishing my course of studies in English Translation, I also look forward to learning as much as I can about Spanish culture, something I have always been attracted to.
I'm open to any type of exchange for accommodation the time the hosts consider appropriate.

Preferred location

As I'll be studying in Madrid at UAM from August 2019 to January 2020, I prefer North Madrid. But, after those dates, I'll go wherever you call me and beyond!
Ya que voy a estudiar en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid desde agosto del 2019 hasta enero 2020, prefiero el norte de Madrid. Después de esas fechas puedo ir donde me llamen y más allá.

Skills

The abilities I can outstand the most are language skills. I love learning languages, practising and teach them. Spanish is my mother tongue. I'm about to receive my degree in English Translation. I know some French and a bit of Mapuzungun and Mandarin. Currently, I work as an English and Spanish teacher.
Marketing. I have taken several courses on Community Managing and Marketing on social networks.
Art. I describe myself as an art connoisseur. Visual and audiovisual art are my favorite branches.
Bars and night clubs. I have some experience as a waitress and barwoman. Cash-handling included.
Childcare and elderly companion. I have little experience but I'm responsible and eager to learn!
Customer service and house chores at hostels. I have volunteered in several hostels of the Argentinian Patagonia and some in Brazil. It included working at the reception, keeping order and cleaning.
Shop assistance. I have broad experience as a shop assistant in several touristic points of Patagonia Argentina.

Additional info

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.

I'm not vegetarian but I prefer not to eat certain kinds of meat because they make my stomach ache.
