Hello! We are a kind, well-organized and adventurous couple and love to travel and know new places from the world. We owned and administrated a hostel in Vidigal (a famous favela from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) and worked from cleaning to managing. We know how to manage and implementate Hostel Management Systems. We are available to teach and learn languages, work with reception, cooking, construction and we are very flexible!
We are now going to Australia in December 12th to spend one year (or maybe more)! I (Thais) am going to study Project Management at APC in Gold Coast and we would love to find a place to stay and volunteer there. I will only classes once a week, so it won't be a big deal! My husband (Oliver) is going as my partner. We already have our graduations and professions applied and approved in Australia (Life Scientist for me and Project Manager for him). My husband is also the owner of Booking Guru (bookingguru.online), a hostel/hotel management service!
Our languages: Spanish, english, portuguese, some german and a little bit of french.

Oliver: I studied civil engineer, business administration and IT and used to work for Mac Donald's from staff member until General Manager for many years, so I know how to keep a place well organized. Nowadays, I do home-office work as a Financial and Reservation manager for two hotels (It takes me 2 hours per day). I've used to have my own hostel in Rio de Janeiro, which was running 100% for volunteers, so I do know how to behave as a volunteer if it is necessary. The hostel is managing for my partner nowadays. I can help with reservations, managing the channel managers (Booking.com, AirBnB, Expedia,etc..) and your PMS (in case you don't have, I can provide it). If you are not needing this kind of expertise, I am willing to do anything that is necessary. I am the owner of Booking Guru (bookingguru.online) a hostel/hotel management service.
Thais: I am graduated in biology and began working as a seller in a well known clothing store, so I am really good in tasks involving customer services. Then, I started to work in many hostels as a receptionist, cook and also cleaning. In Vidigal, I worked as a manager but did various services. I also worked in a german company as a bilingual receptionist. I am a very calm, easy going and happy person and I love to know new people! Now, I am going to Australia with Dennis in order to study Project Management at APC in Gold Coast!
I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.
I have no vicious.
