About me

I'm a 30 years old Italian woman, who lives in France. This year, as part of a professional reconversion, I've attended a certified training to become a yoga teacher, as well as a cooking school. Yoga and nutrition represent for me two of the main pillars of the psycho-physical balance of the human being. At this point of my quest, I'm looking for life experiences that allow me to deepen and clarify these interests, in order to understand the future steps in my evolutionary journey.

I'm a (freshly graduated) yoga teacher and I've attended a cooking school, so yoga and (vegetarian) food are my main passions.
