About me

I am a practising artist specialising in drawing and painting people; I have recently discovered working with stone which has given me an increased depth to my work. I am very patient and love to travel and meet new people a good communicator and listener I love to talk to people and hear about their lives I recently walked the Camino Frances to Santiago de Compostela which was both a personal physical and spiritual experience.

Preferred location

I am interested in coming to Japan to experience the culture, and its arts, possibly learning a little of the language before going to Shikoku and walking the pilgrimage.

Skills

My professional work has been in Social care working with adults with disabilities and I have wide experience working with people of all ages in teaching (art classes) and in various Managerial roles.
I am also a practising artist working with oil paints, and have recently started to carve in stone.
I have also looked after gardens and animals while house sitting in the UK. Other experience includes working as a Nanny and as a house keeper at a small hotel.

Additional info

I am not a smoker, I have a drivers license, I am not a vegetarian and I have no allergies.

Although not a strict vegetarian I am happy to eat this food.
