About me

I am 55 years old, very energetic and enthusiastic person.
I worked and part-owned in restaurants and hotels all my life, I just need a distracting break now, not the usual resort on the beach!
I am very flexible, I can cook excellent Italian food and I have no problems cleaning and tidying around the place, I also speak, as a bilingual, Italian and English, and quiet fluently Spanish and French, and mild conversation in German, so as you can see I could be very useful around a guesthouse, hotel or even a house that entertains a lot

Preferred location

I am flexible as to where, provided it's a warm country; after having lived in Ireland for so long I like to take a break in the sunshine.I am very energetic and enthusiastic about new projects
