About me

I am taking Leisure and Tourism Studies in my sixth semester at the Hochschule of Applied Sciences in Bremen. Originally I am from the region of Stuttgart. I love traveling, preferably staying at one place for longer and getting to know locals and the culture. Also I like volunteering in order to help people, having a in-depth experience and finance my travel.

Preferred location

Israel

Skills

My name is Alessa. I am a 23-year old student from Germany.
For this summer I have planned a trip to Israel for my very first time. I am taking part in a tour from 30 July till 11 August. After that I would like to volunteer in a place for 3 or 4 weeks.
My intention to come to Israel is to see the places from the Bibel and to perceive an other perspective on the christian religion and the other religions.
As I come from I wine region and my grandfather and uncle grow wine I feel very connected to wine regions. Therefore I would like to get to know the wine making traditions in Israel. I am definitely not an expert, but I am very passionate about picking grapes and farm work.
I would describe myself as an open-minded, creative and sportive person who likes to be passionate about life, and loosing myself in nature and topics that interest me such such as, sports, religion, psychology ,.... My language skills include English, French, Italian and German, and I am also familiar with computer work and photography.
