Preferred location

I'd like to make some work experience in Spain, preferably in a self-sustaining community, other kind of rural living people or on a finca where help is needed.
Stays shouldn't be to short, at least for about a month. But of course I'll only stay as long as it fits for both sides.
It can be a community, a farm, an eco-project, house (and pet) sitting or something similair.

In February/March 2017 I went on a 6 week Spain journey where I mostly did gardening work at two different partly self-sustaining fincas.
I've got further going gardening experiences like having had an own urban garden plot, helping friends in their gardens and being involved in the local transition town movement where I also took part in some educational, crafts and art projects. Since I left Germany I made some further gardening and other outdoor work experiences.
I'm also experienced in taking care of dogs, cats and chickens but wouldn't mind to sit / care about other kinds of animals.
For about ten years I was working as a helping teacher, especially language teaching.
I speak German, English and French - and now a little Spanish which has to be improved.

Additional info

I am a smoker, don't have a drivers license, I am a vegetarian and I have no allergies.

But I smoke few and outside, of course.
