About me

Hello! My name is Magdalena and at the moment I'm visiting South-East Asia with my friend Natalia. We are two polish girls who decided to quit their jobs and travel the world to make it a better place. We believe that what you do, it comes back to you. We are people who not only talk about their ideas but also live by them everyday. We have already been living in few places in the world and we can't wait to see what more this planet has to offer. See you somewhere on the road!

Preferred location

We are going to travel through South-East Asia. We have started our trip in Bangkok on 29th of November and then we would like to go to visit and volunteer in other Thailand's regions. Then we are planning on heading to Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. Back to Thailand and then to Malaysia and Singapore. We would also love to go to the Philippines and Indonesia.

Skills

We have worked in few places before and the truth is that we are willing to do everything.
Magdalena has been already working as a customer advisor, marketing and e-commerce specialist and a lifeguard in the waterpark in the USA. I have also experience in teaching children english and I love to cook so I hope to be helpfull with my skills in your place.
Natalia was working as a waitress and on the bar in a holiday resort in the UK. I was also working in chainshop with clothes so I have got lots of experience with customers. My mother rents rooms in our house in Poland so I helped her with cleaning and preparing rooms for guests too.
We could also help with general maintenance and take part in eco projects which we are sure would be an inspiration for us.
As workawayers, we have already helped running hostels in Pai and then on Phuket in Thailand. We have also helped building the sustainable farm in Laos and we have volunteered in the schools in Mae Sot (Thailand) and Siem Reap (Cambodia) where we have been teaching english to children and we loved them all!
