Cafetal Carlota is a 1800´s coffee plantation. The coffee won a gold medal at the New York worlds fair. We offer learning the art of coffee production from start to finish. As well as sugar production from start to finish. The area is renound for its cultural and biodiversity. Spanish and Mazeteco are both spoken here. They say that every flower in the world is located in the Cerro Rabon.

Adobe 2 room House has electricity and a ajacent building with restrooms and shower.
We will provide all meals and share in the cooking.
