I have a rustic off-grid hut in the hills overlooking Sarajevo. I left my job almost 15 years ago and came here, built a small hut and never left. So I've been living here and running an informal restaurant with basic accommodation ever since. I live alone but many friends come round and visitors always come and go so it gets quite lively sometimes, especially when the weather is good. There are many hiking trails around and the famous Skakavac waterfall and weekend getaway is only 4 km away, etc.
There are simple jobs that need doing on a regular basis (chop/stack wood, clean, wash dishes, tend the fire, etc.) but this does not mean hard work, more like help out where you can. And there are many potential improvements in and around the hut, so everyone is welcome to contribute what they can and know how to do.

There are three sleeping rooms with 2 to 8 beds and you will be staying in one of them, whichever one you like and is available.
Workawayers will eat with me, so that's three meals a day and there's always food in the kitchen.
There's limited water supply and basic solar power.
