We recently bought 3Ha between Cluj and Oradea, close to two internatiinal airports, expresway and train/bus routes. The farm is in the hills above the village, secluded but has water and power and really nice neighbours. Stunning views and clean air, ready for building an eco village. Want to stay here? Build your little house.

I speak fluent English, was part of a jumelage with a french village when I was young to complement my school french, took a dutch course and visit my aunt in Goes frequently and learned Spanish from Narcos TV shows. We can understand eachother in Italian as well
Together for 10 years, with a son aged 5 we are sociable and fun, speak fluent english and have a can do attitude. Changing the world ain't easy but somebody's got to do it.
I was a Manager in Microsoft over a team of 30 serving fortune 500 companies for Incident Management and now I am an account manager for Oracle and an entrepreneur.
The Wolves Estate is situated between Oradea and Cluj ( both Intl Airports ), the express way and train station down in the village that has modern kindergarden and school, pharmacy shops. there is 4G signal not too close, but you see the tower and get good speed. The place is stunning.
We are building the septic system now and we have water from a forrest spring. Showers and toilets soon to come. We can pop-up a wooden floor tent for long staying volunteers and we are seeking even volunteers to live on the farm and erect their own wooden house or tent

We will make sure the experience is mutually beneficial and we can start projects where income streams are generated and shared. Next year we will get authorisation for Cannabis Sativa L cultivation and if law is finalised also high THC strains.
