We need 4 volunteers

We are always looking for people to help ride and look after our horses so if you love working with horses please email me. If you come help us, you'll have lots of fun with your 4 legged friends!

If you have a passion for horses and have ridden most of your life we'd love you to come and stay with us. We normally have 3 - 4 people working here at a time so they are able to work together and when we are a bit busier we have up to 4 - 5. We like people to stay for at least FOUR WEEKS so they can get to know the horses and trails but would allow 3 weeks if you are pushed for time. Please email me if you are interested. Thanks, Lucy.

We are a lamb and beef producing farm surrounded by four lakes, Lake Okareka, Lake Tarawera, Blue and Green lakes, just 15 minutes from Rotorua, a large tourist centre with plenty of activities and places to see.

I am looking for someone who is a competent horse rider and has experience with horses. Someone who has preferably but not necessaryily owned their own horse. Jobs will involve preparing the horses for the treks, untacking the horses, feeding and turning them out. (The horses live out in paddocks so there is no mucking out).

You live on the farm in a large house. When we aren't horse trekking we enjoy swimming in the lake when the water is too cold.
