Heavy Rock Farm is a certified A Grade Organic Farm.
We grow seasonal small crops - snow peas, garlic, zucchini, spinach and have some animals. Pigs, chickens, 2 lazy sheep & a miniature cow! The most important is our dane pup. You must like dogs because he likes people & will do anything for a game or a pat.
We have a modern 2 bed house for helpers as everyone needs their privacy & we supply good food.
2 people or a couple would be great to come & be at our family farm.

Allan & Wendy run heavy rock farm as a hobby farm. We grow small crops - whatever is in season. Our son is managing the farm. He works every day organising the produce, what is needed every day.
Our family has been here since Feb 1998 and we keep doing different projects around the farm - we have put in 3 dams and making the soil better for growing produce. We really enjoy having people from all over the world stay with us and enjoy learning from each other. The main thing we ask is that you can laugh and you like dogs. Cheers.
2 bed modern house separate from main house
We share dinner (night meal) in main house but you will be given food to make your own breakfast and lunch in your own priveate kitchen.
