About the workproject

We need 2 volunteers

We are a funky, eclectic hostel and B&B in the heart of charming, historic downtown St. Augustine, Fl. With only 6 private rooms and a dorm, the space is homey and warm. Staff share a 4 bed room, work 1-3 hours a morning and have the rest of the day free to explore! We give access to most of the local attractions and tours for free. We provide pancakes and spaghetti, other food you can buy yourself and store in a kitchen locker. The tasks here are housecleaning, toilets included. The perfect volunteer has experience cleaning, cleans up after themselves, is polite and responsible! After a one week trial, stays can be from 1-3 months.

Laura here! Manager at the Pirate Haus Inn. I've been here for over a year and love it. I've managed another hostel before this and someday intend to build my own. I have a dog here, Casanova, he is our welcoming committee.

Conrad is the owner, he's run the Pirate Haus with charm for over 15 years! He knows all there is to know about the history of St. Augustine. He's been all over the world and speaks Arabic, French, German and more.
