About the workproject

We need 6 volunteers

Here at Gotico Park Andalusian Stud we are able to teach you the basic skills needed to gain farm work throughout Australia. We are seeking keen volunteers from all walks of life who have little-to-no experience in the farm industry, or have previously worked as a farm hand or are experienced horse riders. Our working property 'Bundaleer' has been in the family for over 50 years and sits in the beautiful hillside country on 650acres, so there's plenty of space to learn to ride the quad and motorbike, or drive a tractor!
As well as this you will learn the maintenance and upkeep of cattle, horses and sheep, fencing, tractor driving and feel like a real Australian by cracking a whip!

Horse handling, care and feeding, riding and training, breaking (starting under saddle), breeding and handling foals are all undertaken in a day's work at Gotico Park.
All accommodation and food is included as this is a voluntary position plus the use of Internet and access to a car. Socialise with other travellers around the campfire, experience camping out under the stars in a swag and ride beautiful Spanish Andalusian horses.

A minimum stay of a month is required to learn all the basics. This is a great opportunity to help you gain further farm experience within rural Australia!
