Since 1999, (365 days a year) the Falster family raises beef and dairy cattle on the rolling Post Oak Savannah land of Wood County Texas. (+ or –) 60 acres is owned, native and improved grass pasture land, while another 140 acres is grass & sylvan acres leased from their neighbors.

This property is never treated with poisonous herbicides. This property is populated (along with wild game and predators – large & small) by their domestic Heritage chickens, ducks, guineas and Red Waddle Hogs.

Their farming and ranching practice is characterized by three components:

• A closed farm organism What is used on the farm is 80% generated on this farm. If at all possible, all inputs are from the farm itself. For example, manures and compost materials are from the farm and our farm animals. The grass and hay for the animals is generated on the farm itself. We have closed herds that are systematically self generating to the highest genetic standards.
• Following the seasonal rhythms of nature including the cosmic rhythms of planets and stars. We develop breeding schedules from planting calendars to determine the optimal time for our farming chores. The seasonal festivals provide a conscious rhythm for our farm and for us. These times and breeding schedules are delineated in the Holy Scriptures; proven effectual since ancient times. We are constantly seeking to learn more about God’s plan for his creation and our part in it.
• The application of homeopathic preparations made from ingredients from the farm, all natural and healthy. These generally consist of an herb, an animal part, a mineral, and the human being who combines them into a new nourishing substance. The preparations, as they are called, applied to the soil, plants, and even the animals in minute homeopathic doses, revitalize the elements of the farm organism, attracting and encouraging the Wholistic natural processes of life.
Our cattle are never fed GMO or SOY Products or animal bi-products; no antibiotics or Hormones are used. On the other hand all have free access to sunshine and rain 365 days a year, on grass, trees and forbs (Most people think of forbs as weeds, but as William Shakespeare wrote “a rose by any other name would smell as sweet”.) Our “fertilizers” are really vita-min supplements made with cosmic influences, making us a Certified Wholistic ™ forage and environment. Other Supplements include Redmond Minerals and Salt, Maxi Crop Seaweed, Apple Cider vinegar and diatomaceous earth. From our own internal resources we make and spray our own Compost Tea.
