We are a small family that live in central Auckland and are seeking a native french speaking au pair to help with my two daughters. Tasks include a little help in the morning getting up and ready for school and a little help in the evenings with homework (in french) and bedtime routines. You would also be required to help around the house as a member of the family. The main task is to be friends with the children (aged 5 and 8) and speak in French with them. You would have weekends off and your days free (9am-5pm).

I don't speak French but my girls do. We speak English at home but I want my girls to speak more French. They also need support with their French homework from school. This is mostly reading books and poems in french together.

A furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe and coat hangers, linen and towels, a mirror.
All meals included. You can help yourself to food and prepare meals using the food we have in the house. We are vegetarian. We don't eat meat or fish. We do eat dairy and eggs. We would like you to eat some meals together with us as family or with the girls. Some meals will be cooked for you. Sometimes you may be required to prepare simple meals for the girls.
