We need 11 volunteers
During your free time you can explore world historical side Patan, Kathmandu valley or the botanical gardens... Thamel tourist area gives you many opportunities also.
There are many traditional Nepali villages in vicinity. I can bring you to Timal Tamang village (my hometown) with its unique culture, where you can homestay and volunteer as well.
Local cheap buses available to go to the city center. From there you have easy access to many buses to treks or other places all over Nepal.
For example there is a bus ride to the famous Chitwan National Park, home of unicorn rhinos, tigers and many animal species. But also: Himalayan trek in Pokhara, hike to Nagarkot, Namo Buddha, organic culture visits such as permaculture.

Hi I'm Mim,
I live just outside of Kathmandu in a 4 story house overlooking the whole valley , with plenty of double and single rooms , dorm room whilst renting it out as a guesthouse, it would be awesome if I could get to meet people from across the world when they are here. The place I live is beautiful and peaceful with a big rooftop and hangout areas and can be easily reached by main tourist areas such as Patan in 15 minutes by a local bus. And we are just 6km away from the international airport so super easy to reach (especially if you are just arriving in Kathmandu!)
I also own a travel and tour company and have been on adventures and hiked around lots of Nepal, India and Tibet. I can help you with any of your travel plans, whether that be trekking, rafting, cultural tours, heritage walks, climbing, cycling, hiking, jungle safaris, canoeing and camping!
Thank you so much for reading, I hope to meet you soon!
Namaste Again ( mother tongue : LASHO ) !!!
