We are a organisation that provide accommodation in places where people can interact with outdoor sports and nature. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where costumers can feel the comfort and coziness of the place support by a team who shows a respectful and friendly way of relating. Because the location of our lodge is surrounded by nature and outdoor activities , is important that the staff like this way of life , telling about their experience, supporting and helping the guest . The help we need is in our lodge located in the middle of a valley in the south of Chile, near to a ski resort that in the summer becomes in a bike and hike park and in the winer a ski resort. The house is near to the principal road, we are connected to the main network electricity and the water comes from a private waterhole.

We work with a lot of brazilian during the winter, we dont speak well but we can understand, we don`t undersatnd ungry brazilian.
We are max and Javi (34 And 28), we are not married but we lived together since almost two year, we are working together at the lodge in the summer and in winter we go to another Lodge in the mountains of Santiago. We both have a similar lifestyle , love to be in the nature and do outdoor sports. Even we both are from the city , we are looking to avoid it , thats why we choose working in tourism so we can live in the mountains and be happy. We are not the kind of serious and formal people, but we like responsability and motivation from our volunteers, that way we can all have a great time. No kids, just our dog PANA.
A share room with three bed, inside the lodge. Share Bathroom.
Our chef will prepare the meals that we provide, any extra food you need to bring it yourself, and depending how bussy is the Lodge ,you can use the kitchen.
Because the big help we need is in the restaurant as a witress , any table you have, the tip will be yours.
