We need 1 volunteer
CANIMX is an animal healthcare and rescue facility in La Paz, Mexico. Our facility is located on the beach, with a full veterinary hospital where we take in and provide medical care for dogs, cats and other animals. We also run a rescue operation and host an adoption program for homeless and stray dogs that have been rescued. We have dormitories and kitchen on site, and meals are provided for our staff and helpers.
I speak and understand English and Spanish perfectly.
I am the Communications Manager for CANIMX, and am in charge of our marketing and outreach programs. I am a professional writer, translator, photographer, illustrator, graphic designer and editorial designer.
I and my colleagues are driven by our desire to end animal suffering by bringing affordable healthcare to pet owners and by conducting massive spay/neuter and adoption campaigns. We have the tools and the talent, and we are confident being able to reach our goals in the short-term.

All meals are prepared by our cook: Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have stocked foods, drinks and snacks which are available at all times.
We are a self-funded operation but we have not yet reached sustainability. We need all the help we can get to reach that point.
