I am the hostess and director of a small one-to-one retreat center in the East Algarve Portugal. I host individual clients who are looking to re-align themselves in a positive way through Yoga, meditation, health and wellness, etc.
I am just starting and need good help to keep the garden going, the place clean and to help with chores around the house.
Your stay will be in comfortable accommodation with very good food!

I am a single mother, 36 years old from the USA living in Europe for 10 years now. I am a Yoga instructor and Health and Wellness Coach.
Depending on clients, you will have either your own apartment or a room in the house. In either way the kitchen is in the main central house.
Mostly vegan, organic when possible, homemade heavy on the vegetables!
