Dairy farm needs little help with milking and feeding baby calves

I am married 32 years we have 5 adult kids, two still I've at home we also have 5 grandkids that are here a lot , we have a large family home and always a lot of activities, l am involved in the dairy industry in a few educational ways and take vet students occasionally to teach them their practical experience.l work full time on the farm and always have and do most of herd veterinary work plus inseminate the cows.
