I'm usually abroad or in other cities in Italy, so I can't attend like before at the house and dogs. My mother still takes care about all things but she need some help. She loves cook and have people around, but she specks only italian. I can help you for the first impact, but you must be prepared to earn your day from an old italian woman!
A little cottage in the garden or, if you prefere, a room in to the main house.
Your cottage have and indipendent kitchen, but the could be sare the same meal.
