About the workproject

We need 6 volunteers

Knockengorroch farm is a smallholding in the beautiful Galloway uplands of Scotland's south west. We urgently need volunteers now to firstly help with preparing our land for a music festival starting 26 May. Varied outside work including gardening, road and path work, woodwork, construction and maintenance work on our authentic re-creation of a Celtic longhouse, painting, clearing, sorting -lots of different jobs! We need help now or asap.

I'm a director of a music festival at the end of May each year on my family's land. I've been organising this event for the past 19 years. I teach in local primary schools every now and then, and am Chair of our local community council but spend most of my time organising the music festival which features world and roots music.
