Hi we have a 51 hectre property in hokitika west coast new zealand we have recently built a new house on the land it is currently not finished needs lots of bits and pieces finishing skirtings inside and out steps and wheelchair ramps around the deck some painting landscaping shed needs to be altered so it can be toped up with gravel

You will have your own private room in the house we share the rest of the house
