About the workproject

We need 6 volunteers

We, Anders and Karin, have been vegetable farming ecologically for many years and during that time have received helpers from all over the world. We grow many kinds of vegetables and potatoes on 4 to 5 of our 50ha and on the rest, grains of many heirloom varieties of wheat and rye for our tiny home bakery.

We have hosted thousands of volonteers since 1991 an are happy to consider ourselves volunteers here as well as the lifestyle makes it worth it.

Our vegetables are mainly sold through subscription (CSA Community Supported Agriculture) baskets and invite people to help with growing from seed to harvest during February to November. We also teach how to live well on a vegan diet though we also provide for vegetarians. Our focus is sustainable living and we try to use as much local produce as possible. We want to start where people are now in their way of life and believe this non fanatical attitude helps young people choose if they want to eat less meat out of consideration for the climate.
